Echtalloy Corporation was setup in August 1981; we were the first welding electrode manufacturer in the state of Kerala, India. We started with Mild Steel welding electrode. It was setup in the largest industrial township of Kalamassery in Kerala.

Kerala is the most ideal location for the manufacture of welding electrodes because of the availability of high quality rutile locally. The industry is pollution free and uses hydroelectric power for the entire process of manufacture.

After the initial years of Mild Steel production Echtalloy Corporation diversified into the manufacture of various special types of welding electrodes, i.e. Cast Iron Machinable / Non Machinable, Aluminium etc. A full list of products is available on the Products page.
